Good Points
Very easy to install and can be installed an in production with a few hours.
Hosted solution avoids having to maintain a complex application
Data from multiple sources, even other outside agencies, can be summarized, tracked, and used for alerting or just monitoring
Vendor is highly responsive and turn-around on change requests is usually less than a day

Concerns
Not so much a concern but features that would be useful are: (1) an expanded set of alerting alternatives: RSS feed, pager, SMS text message, and even digital voice, and (2) ability to send threat assessments to external e-mail addresses. Currently the threat assessments can only be sent to users have an account with your site.
